Position Overview

This position provides leadership to the ERP and CRM team within our Global IT Department. Identifies, evaluates and resolves business issues. The Sr. Manager, ERP and CRM will provide strategic direction, coach, develope, and mentor leaders within and outside group, and will be responsible for IT ERP and CRM operational results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


  • Designs and directs the work of the team. Selects, coaches and develops staff. Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team. Manages performance; recognizing achievement and providing feedback.
  • Key business-facing position within the IT organization that understands new corporate business strategies and provides recommendations of automated solutions utilizing current or new functionalities in our ERP and CRM systems.  
  • Has an understanding of all ERP and CRM instances at CryoLife, oversees change management, development and quality delivery.
  • Key partner with the Business regarding all key ERP manufacturing, QA and financial processes, supporting business transformation, globally.
  • Support and help prioritize corporate projects requiring changes to ERP/CRM systems and interfaced systems, overseeing and prioritizing resource workload for current programs, support activities, and enhancement/change requests.
  • Coordination of development and deployment of new processes and system configuration to meet business needs
  • Assess performance, develop improvement plans, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement of service delivery capabilities enterprise wide.
  • Establishes metrics, key performance indicators and service level agreements for driving the performance of IT service delivery.
  • Build customer-centric, results-oriented team.
  • Deliver on department objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Effectively manage delivery of turnkey ERP and CRM solutions to support business growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college
  • Minimum 15 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 5 years as a leader of IT ERP team
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with delivery of ERP and CRM solutions
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Manufacturing and Finance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
