Provide assistance to Human Resources processes at all business locations. Administer employee health and welfare plans and act as liaison between employees and insurance providers. Resolve benefits-related problems and ensure effective use of plans and positive employee relations. Ensure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. Provide administrative support to the human resource function including record-keeping, meeting scheduling /planning, file maintenance, HRIS entry and front desk reception support as needed.
