    Position Overview

    Performs a variety of clerical tasks in support of business operations within Clinical Research and performs related duties as assigned in support of PHT goals. 



    This is a part-time, temporary position (20 morning hours per week).


    • Prepare documents and reports on the computer
    • Use word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
    • Proficient at performing internet searches
    • Skill in using general office equipment such as telephones multi-line telephone system, fax, copiers, and computers
    • Duties also include filing, organizing, labeling, and data entry
    • Type reports, memo to file, and other documents as needed
    • Maintain office files that support individual products and project managers
    • Maintain confidential records and files
    • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, evaluating data, and identifying solutions
    • Technical reading comprehension demonstrated by summarizing technical literature and journal articles
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Skill in communicating effectively with others both orally and in writing
    • Performs data entry into automated programs to track contracts, applications, filings, violations or other pertinent data, depending on assignment
    • Assist with PMA Annual report
    • Assist with evaluate and report on adverse events, complaints, and failures associated with the product line in a timely manner


    • Knowledge of standard office principles and procedures
    • Microsoft Office
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
    • Attention to detail
