An individual in this position performs all tasks involved in the detail polish portion of On-X LTI production, including hand polishing, shaping or blending small intricate parts using jeweler type equipment and microscopes and visually and dimensionally inspecting components for conformance to written specifications. Follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Employee must possess a strong understanding of FDA & ISO manufacturing practices, adapt easily to changes to product style, tools, and work environment. An employee in this position should understand the production process thoroughly. This position will also be cross trained in Final Assembly.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Percentage of Time is the estimated time spent in each area when the employee is cross trained in multiple areas.
