    Position Overview

    Responsible for talent acquisition, candidate screening, pre-employment coordinating and pre-employment record keeping, utilizing iCIMS. Ensure that all phases of employment process are carried out consistently and in compliance with all regulations and company policies and meet the objectives of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Determine appropriate recruiting sources, compose job postings and coordinate recruitment agency agreements.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure understanding of openings.
    • Actively research, identify and utilize variety of recruitment sources, i.e., trade association sites, social media, technical schools, colleges, recruitment agencies, etc.
    • Monitor the ongoing status of open positions and external job postings, and ensure dispositions of candidates are properly maintained in iCIMS applicant tracking system.
    • Pre-screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, select suitable candidates, administer assessment tools and evaluate competencies in alignment with positions.
    • Support hiring manager and budgeted ranges in developing new hire compensation offers.
    • Prepare new hire approval paperwork and offer letters, and arrange pre-employment lab tests.
    • Assist with new hire Orientation, conduct company tours for potential candidates and conduct career presentations to aspiring students as needed.
    • Document candidate dispositions and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Affirmative Action.
    • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
    • Interface with all levels of management.
    • Other responsibilities, as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with preferred Human Resources major
    • Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience Recruiting and Screening candidates.
    • Excellent communication, computer and analytical skills.
    • iCIMS experience desirable, but not necessary.
    • Ability to develop creative recruiting methods, support company procedures and policies and work well with all levels of staff and management.
