    Position Overview

    Assist the team in daily operations of the department as needed while following outlined departmental procedures and company policies with high to moderate levels of supervision.  Adhere to the Operations Mission: Right Product, Right Place, Right Customer, Right Condition, Right Time and Right Quantity.  


    Essential function include, but are not limited to:


    • Process tissue and medical device order and returns.
    • Receive and stock quality approved inventory.
    • Maintain materials needed for distribution of finished goods.
    • Perform freezer inventories and medical device cycle counts.
    • Prepare (Fed Ex/UPS) shipments for other CryoLife departments.
    • Participate on the on-call rotation.
    • Take calls for the department
    • Perform shipping housekeeping tasks
    • Preparation of shipping devices and movement in SAP.
    • Become familiar with International shipments.
    • Update database with updates on shipments.
    • Communicate effectively with related departments to complete tasks and responsibilities
    • Become familiar with investigations.
    • Communicate with couriers as needed.



    • Minimum of a high school diploma, some collegiate education preferred
    • Previous shipping or warehouse experience preferred
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Detailed and organized
    • Ability to work weekends, holidays and on call rotation
